What our users have to say about us:
I liked the layout and thought it was very easy to navigate. Fast forward six hours and I already had ten people on my Wii who were respectable and of a normal intelligence level. -- Nimi
I tried 5-6 other sites to build a friend library... I got one response... With shareWiis, I have eight pages of Wii contacts in my Wii address book and messages every other day from my contacts. -- impactedcolon

Ever since I bought the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS, I have been frustrated by Nintendo's emphasis on protection of their customers from unwanted dangers of online community. It's understandable and even welcomed for some of their customers, such as young children and families, but for people who don't mind getting to know some online strangers and are willing to take the responsibility to remove bad online buddies from their friends list, it's a major point of frustration.
There are many websites out there that allow their users to share their users codes but they are often filled with in-your-face ads, are just forums with static profiles, or have ulterior motives.
I justed wanted an easy-to-use website without ads so that I can find some people to trade Miis and hopefully, play other online games with. Sharewiis.com is designed from the ground up by a Wii user for other Wii users. No ads, no fancy pictures, just an efficient web software for Wii / DS owners to find like minded players. Think of it as a craigslist for Wii and DS players. In the end this is a hobby project that I enjoy doing and I hope it will benefit others who are seeking the same goals I have set for creating this site.
